If an item is marked Pre-Order, Temporarily out of Stock, or Coming Soon... this means that the item is not currently in our warehouse. We are waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer.
Pre-Order dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We provide the most accurate ship dates we can, however we have no control over when the manufacturer actually releases a product.
The month listed as the shipping month is the most current information per the manufacturer. Please note that if the pre-order date has passed and the product is still listed as such, this means that the item has still not arrived, but is expected soon.
As soon as the product arrives in our warehouse, pre-orders ship and the product is marked as in stock.
Pre-Orders are paid for at time of purchase. For domestic orders, If a pre-order item is purchased at the same time as in stock items, items will ship individually as they become available. For international orders that have a mixed selection of in stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
We reserve the right to reserve the quantity at any time. If a large order is placed, we reserve the right to adjust quantity ordered to accommodate as many orders as possible.
